FP&CP's Areas of Responsibility

The FP&CP team is responsible for all University of Nebraska facilities planning, programming, design, construction, warranty and closeout activities. The team also provides centralized contract administration and consultation across the University system to support new builds or renovations. Please see below for specific groups and the types of projects they manage.

Major Projects: Capital Construction

If you are looking at a major building project, you’ll be working with Capital Construction. From planning to project managing, engineering to architecture, infrastructure to interior design, this team will guide you through the project process from beginning to end.

Functions include managing building projects (renovation or new construction of $500K and above), planning, and studies.
